1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing xpertdigital.site or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Xpert Digital provides digital marketing services including but not limited to: Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, TikTok Ads management, SEO, AI automation, AI video content, and social media content management. Specific deliverables are outlined in your service agreement.
3. Payment Terms
- All services are billed monthly in advance via PayPal
- Payment is due on the same date each month
- Ad spend is billed directly by the ad platforms and is separate from our management fees
- Late payments may result in service suspension
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice sent to hello@xpertdigital.site. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the current billing period after the 7-day window (see Refund Policy).
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely access to required accounts, assets, and information
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
- Ensure ad spend budgets are adequately funded on the ad platforms
- Provide accurate business information and comply with platform advertising policies
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all creative assets produced specifically for your account become your property. Any pre-existing tools, templates, or proprietary processes remain the property of Xpert Digital.
7. Performance Disclaimer
While we strive for exceptional results, we cannot guarantee specific ad performance outcomes as these are influenced by market conditions, platform algorithms, competition, and other factors outside our control. Our 90-day performance guarantee applies to agreed KPIs as outlined in the service agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
Xpert Digital's total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the service relationship and not to disclose it to third parties without written consent.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
