Overview

At Xpert Digital, we stand behind the quality of our work. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our digital marketing services.

7-Day New Client Guarantee

If you are a new client and are not satisfied with our onboarding process within the first 7 days of your first billing cycle, you may request a full refund of your management fee. This applies to first-time purchases only.

To request a refund under this guarantee, email hello@xpertdigital.site within 7 days of your payment with the subject line “Refund Request — [Your Name]”.

After 7 Days

After the initial 7-day window, monthly management fees are non-refundable as work has been committed and delivered for that billing period. This includes:

  • Campaign strategy and setup work
  • Content creation and scheduling
  • Campaign management and optimization
  • Reporting and analytics

Ad Spend

Ad spend goes directly to Google, Meta, TikTok, or other platforms. Xpert Digital has no control over these funds once transferred, and refunds for ad spend must be requested directly from the respective platform per their policies.

90-Day Performance Guarantee

If we do not hit the mutually agreed KPIs within the first 90 days, we will continue working at no additional charge until those KPIs are met. This guarantee requires:

  • Client has provided timely access to all required accounts and assets
  • Minimum ad spend budgets have been maintained as agreed
  • Client has approved deliverables within agreed review periods
  • KPIs were agreed in writing before the campaign start

Dispute Resolution

If you are unhappy with our services, please contact us first at hello@xpertdigital.site. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution before any formal dispute process.

PayPal Disputes

We ask that you contact us directly before opening a PayPal dispute. If a PayPal dispute is opened, it may result in immediate service suspension while the matter is investigated.
